Abstract: Because of globalization, today's work environment is becoming diverse because people via different civilizations, religions and backgrounds have come together. That they bring with them, different skills, knowledge and expertise. They have their particular views, concepts, perceptions and opinions that are totally different in one another's as they all originate from different areas. To succeed in a multicultural society, an organization must value right after of their workforce, esteem the personality of all employees and maintain a climate in which everyone is treated with pride. Everyone in corporate today needs to better figure out other civilizations, as well as other age groups, gender organizations, and way of life groups. This can happen only when there is a powerful communication of most the employees, throughout. Vocabulary barriers and cultural misconceptions can get in the way of effective communication and create complexities in the workplace, including problems with safety. I want to see how we could overcome these complexities and can make a diverse workplace, a harmonious, pleasurable and innovative place to function. For this, we need to, first of all, understand how important would it be for a company to have a diverse workforce, how can effective connection make big difference within an firm, and how we are able to communicate efficiently in a diverse workplace.
